Senior Product Manager


Base is on a mission to change marketing for the better. Our team has developed the first Customer-Led Growth platform that allows companies to see their customers as their partners. Our data-powered lifecycle customer engagement platform enables B2B brands to create personalized engagement for their customers, to significantly increase NPS, sales, and customer loyalty.

In this stand alone role, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, to lead product strategy and execution. 

As Senior Product Manager, you will shape the product strategy, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives, as well as lead end-to-end features with the R&D team.



  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's short-term and long-term goals.
  • Lead the full product life cycle, from discovery and design, through MVP definition and field experimentation, results assessment, and launch.
  • Work closely with customers, prospects, and partners to identify and crystalize market pains and opportunities, making sure that our goals are aligned with users’ needs.
  • Work closely with the global R&D team to build the product (design, user stories, planning, technical implementation, and testing).
  • Work with Marketing, Customer Success and Sales teams on the go-to-market and launch plans of new features.
  • Lead AI roadmap initiatives and unique data and value creation. 
  • Manage UX/UI designer 



  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a product manager for successful SaaS B2B company.
  • Experience with AI/SaaS/API based integrations - must.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations - big advantage
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap, requirements definition, UI/UX, development, QA, automation, security and release.
  • Motivation to work is a fast paced startup that requires a hands-on state of mind and ability to adapt to change.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data driven results.
  • Great communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and English, with the ability to connect with tech and non-tech people alike.
  • Exceptional ability to understand data and transform it into insights.
  • Team player, skilled in the art of leading without authority.
  • Fast learner, independent, resourceful, problem-solver, result oriented.
  • Previous familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms – big advantage.
  • Can do mindset, a self-starter with motivation to lead initiatives and find solutions.
