- Target Audiences: New centralized interface for dynamic audience building and management. Users can now reuse consistent segments across Asks, Journeys, Rewards, and Digest without re-building logic or using outdated groups. You can build with new logic, filters, and more.
- Integration Hub - Workflows: If you want your external systems to programmatically add activities and track them in Base, now you can! Users can now push activities from external tools (like community comments) into Base and reward users automatically.
- New Designs (ask creation, journeys, custom descriptions, etc.): We built a new, responsive layout that has a cleaner look with advanced settings, previews, cloning, and more.
- Slackbot – Fast & Deep Research Modes (Laudable): Get what you need, your way. Start with a quick answer in fast mode, then dig deeper with research mode for more complex questions. Great for both speed (e.g., sales reps) and strategic use cases that require depth - all in one conversation.
- Customer Proof Emails – Auto Follow-Ups (Laudable): Save time after sales calls. Automatically generate follow-up emails with proof points tailored to your prospect’s objections and interests - directly from the call transcript. Faster follow-ups, stronger impact.
