What Are the TOP 100 CLG Awards?
The TOP 100 CLG Awards by Base recognize customer programs and CX professionals, such as Customer Marketers, Community Manager and Digital CS Managers who deliver measurable impact across the full customer lifecycle.
From advocacy and referrals to AI-driven personalization and expansion, these awards spotlight the programs and leaders driving customer-led growth at scale.
How the TOP 100 CLG Work
Nominations
CLG influencers and strategists are nominated by peers, their managers, industry colleagues, or self nominated.
Qualification
Peer Voting
First voting is Public voting that ranks all nominees, crowdsourcing the most influential and strategic individuals. Based on this ranking a short list of 225 top award candidates is created.
Finalists
An additional 25 candidates are added based on quality of submissions in cases where their programs are best in class but they lack notoriety and influence. This forms a 250 candidate list that is sent to industry judges.
Judging
A judging panel of industry leaders evaluates finalists based on submission details, scale, impact, and execution. The aggregate score of all judges defines the ranking and with it the Top 100 finalists.
